Redesigned and implemented a people-centred performance review process for a global client, including structured feedback, leadership evaluation, and calibration.


Competency framework

Developed a bespoke framework for a high-end project management firm, focused on retaining and developing top talent across technical and leadership roles.


Policy review & redesign

Audited and refreshed the full suite of people policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with the organisation’s employee value proposition.


Cultural audit

Post-merger, conducted a cultural diagnostic to understand employee experience across two legacy organisations, and worked with the leadership team on targeted cultural alignment initiatives.


High-potential talent

Designed and rolled out a “fast track” programme to identify, retain and upskill emerging leaders during a period of major organisational change.
